Just want to share my experience on slimming centre..
Wendy is absolutely right.. few years ago, I went for a promotion trial at this slimming centre (Slimming San…) (not going to name the centre).. after the trail end, I end up signing $4k worth of services.. durng the treatment period, was con to sign up more and more services.. end of the day, don’t see good result on me.. Like what Wendy mentioned, we paid them money to teach us diet.. when I ask them why I am still so fat.. u know.. I was told that I have to control my food intake and also the massage slimiing cream on my tummy everyday.. end up.. buying the slimming cream home to massage on my tummy.. After doing the treatment for about 1 year.. one day, I just stop going there even though I am still left wif like 10 treatments to go. I decided to DIY..

Me started to attend Pilates class at the CC once a week and also reduce my food intake, as well as I also try out the slimming pill (Xtr…).. this time.. within 2 month, I lost 8kg, but tummy still a little big la.. and I must said, a lot of pple compliment me when see me now.. kekekeke..

How about that? Shall we go to the gym or attend class together? At least, can motivate one another. I quite boring to do exercise alone.. Me staying in Sengkang..

Final word… think twice and twice before you sign up for any slimming course.. the amount of money you pay is not going to end..
